Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli
Depart Nairobi early in the morning for Amboseli National Park arriving in time for check-in and lunch at Sentrim Amboseli Safari Camp or similar. Enjoy an afternoon safari game drive in amboseli, another amazing ecosystem with elephants as the kings of the park. It is known as a photographer’s paradise as you have all the chances to capture some of the most beautiful close-up wildlife photographs. Amboseli is also the best place offering some of the most magnificent views of the legendary Kilimamnjaro especially on a clear morning. Elephant Rhino Hippos Kenya dinner and overnight at the Camp.
Day 2: Full Day Amboseli
This morning you have the opportunity to go on a full day safari game drive that comes along with a bush lunch inside the park. If you prefer to relax after lunch, you can choose to go back to the camp at lunchtime with another game drive in the evening. Explore every corner of this wildlife-rich Amboseli National Park searching for lions, bufallos, zebras as well as hippos at the park’s permanent swamps. Day 3: Amboseli – Lake Nakuru
Early breakfast at the lodge and depart for Lake Nakuru National Park arriving in time for check-in and lunch at Flamino Hill Tented Safari Camp or similar. The camp is small and exclusive, comprising 25 tents.The tents are furnished with the understated luxury required by the modern traveller. Decorated in calming safari tones, natural woods, wrought iron and crisp cottons each tent has been meticulously planned to maximise comfort. Afternoon game drive along the shores of the lake watching millions of flamingos and other birds. You also have the chance to spot other game including the black and white rhinos. Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Lake Naivasha
Early breakfast and depart for Lake Naivasha arriving in time for check-in and lunch at lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge or similar. Relax until 3.30 pm where you will have an optional boat ride or birds nature walk. Lake Naivasha is a freshwater lake with a picturesque view of Mount Long’onot, hippos, more than 400 species of star birds, African fish eagles, African Etheostoma, cormorants and flamingos and a sizeable population of hippos.
Day 5: Naivasha – Nairobi
We depart after breakfast back to Nairobi arriving in time for lunch. Welcome to Nairobi which was once a swampy area. It was founded in 1899 and once on the hands of British authorities during the colonial period is today Kenya’s capital and East Africa’s most cosmopolitan city. Nairobi has been nicknamed as the world’s safari capital in the sense that it is the only place in the world with a wildlife park within its boundaries. From kissing giraffes, shopping, art and culture, dining, parks and green spaces to sport activities, Nairobi is a beehive of activities. Time for optional lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant.
